We want you to love your COMMENSE pieces, but if you are not perfectly satisfied, we offer a flexible return policy within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
